Commercial terms, quality and documentation
Stock standard models ship in 1–3 days. Sample fee by size (roughly USD 150–800 per unit), 100% credited against your first production order; stock standard models often complimentary in limited quantity.
First order typically 50–200 pcs depending on size; for a new partnership the first order can be reduced to about 30 pcs to support your internal validation. Repeat orders 30–200 pcs rolling; smaller quantities are quoted from stock.
First-time customers: T/T 30% advance, 70% against bill-of-lading copy. Later terms by agreement.
Production batches 15–30 days ex works; custom configurations 30–45 days; new custom platforms on a 90-day NPI plan.
Sea freight from Ningbo / Shanghai on FOB, CIF or DDP terms to Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Oceania; air freight and express EXW / FCA / DAP via DHL, FedEx or UPS. Export cartons on pallets, labels and packing list to your requirement.
Every batch is inspected and released to LONGWELL standards before it ships: incoming inspection of magnets, bearings and PCBs, first-piece and in-process control, performance and safety checks in production, and outgoing sampling to AQL 2.5 with a packaging and label check. Test records are retained for 5 years; third-party inspection is supported.
12 months standard, extendable to 18–24 months by project agreement. To claim, send the model, the batch / date code from the nameplate and photos or video; we analyse within 2 business days and repair or replace units confirmed defective, with an 8D report on request. Test records are retained for 5 years.
Datasheet, dimensional drawing, P-Q curve and wiring diagram on every model page; Declaration of Conformity per model and destination; test reports and CAD models after a short project check; Modbus register maps after NDA.
NDA on request. Site visit welcome at Yuyao, Ningbo with bilingual reception: test laboratory, inspection and warehouse; an audit at the partner factory that builds your model is arranged on request. Customer references are shared after NDA — we do not publish customer names.

Questions buyers ask before the first order
Can I buy one or two fans for testing?
Yes. Stock standard models ship as samples in 1–3 days; the sample fee is credited in full against your first production order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Typically 50–200 pcs per model depending on size, reducible to about 30 pcs for a first validation order. Ask — quantities are negotiated per project.
What are the payment terms for a first order?
T/T 30% advance and 70% against the bill-of-lading copy. Frame agreements and other terms are agreed after the first orders.
How long is delivery?
Samples 1–3 days from stock; production batches 15–30 days ex works; sea freight 25–40 days to Europe and North America, express 3–6 days.
How is quality checked before shipping?
Every batch is inspected and released to LONGWELL standards: performance and safety checks in production, then outgoing sampling to AQL 2.5 with a packaging and label check. Test records are retained for 5 years and are available on request.
What certifications and documents will I receive?
CE (EMC / LVD) and RoHS certificates of conformity for the models listed on each certificate; ETL (Intertek Authorization to Mark) for the DC and EC model ranges it states; ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 management systems; a Declaration of Conformity for your model and destination on request. Scans are on the R&D and certifications page, and each model page shows the certificates whose model list covers that model.
Can you replace an ebm-papst, Ziehl-Abegg or Nicotra fan in my unit?
In most cases yes: send the competitor model or the duty point and mounting dimensions and we return the matching LONGWELL model with curve and drawing. The LWBE3G560, for example, is dimensioned 1:1 to the common Ø560 mm EC plug-fan format.
Do you sign NDAs and can we visit?
Yes to both. NDA on request; a site visit at Yuyao, Ningbo is welcome with a bilingual team and access to the test laboratory, inspection and warehouse, and an audit at the partner factory that builds your model is arranged on request.
What warranty applies?
12 months standard, extendable to 18–24 months by project agreement, with 8D closed-loop handling of any field issue and test records available throughout the warranty period.
Do you provide ErP, RCM or other regional compliance data?
ErP / Ecodesign (EU 327/2011) efficiency data and declarations for other regions — for example RCM for Australia — are provided per model on request; tell us the destination country with the model and we include the right documents with the quotation.
