Commercial terms, quality and documentation
Stock standard models ship in 1–3 days. Sample fee by size (roughly USD 150–800 per unit), 100% credited against your first production order; stock standard models often complimentary in limited quantity.
First order typically 50–200 pcs depending on size; for a new partnership the first order can be reduced to about 30 pcs to support your internal validation. Repeat orders 30–200 pcs rolling; smaller quantities are quoted from stock.
First-time customers: T/T 30% advance, 70% against bill-of-lading copy. Later terms by agreement.
Production batches 15–30 days ex works; custom configurations 30–45 days; new custom platforms on a 90-day NPI plan.
Sea freight from Ningbo / Shanghai on FOB, CIF or DDP terms; air freight and express EXW / FCA / DAP via DHL, FedEx or UPS. Export cartons on pallets, labels and packing list to your requirement.
Five checkpoints: incoming inspection with 100% checks of magnets, bearings and PCBs; first-piece and SPC in process; 100% inline performance test of every fan (airflow, speed, current, voltage, vibration, noise, temperature rise) logged to MES; outgoing AQL 2.5 sampling with packaging and label check; third-party inspection supported.
18-month warranty. Batch test data is retained for 5 years and returned within 2 business days on request; 8D closed-loop handling of any field issue.
Datasheet, dimensional drawing, P-Q curve and wiring diagram on every model page; Declaration of Conformity per model and destination; test reports and CAD models after a short project check; Modbus register maps after NDA.

Questions buyers ask before the first order
Can I buy one or two fans for testing?
Yes. Stock standard models ship as samples in 1–3 days; the sample fee is credited in full against your first production order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Typically 50–200 pcs per model depending on size, reducible to about 30 pcs for a first validation order. Ask — quantities are negotiated per project.
What are the payment terms for a first order?
T/T 30% advance and 70% against the bill-of-lading copy. Frame agreements and other terms are agreed after the first orders.
How long is delivery?
Samples 1–3 days from stock; production batches 15–30 days ex works; sea freight 25–40 days to Europe and North America, express 3–6 days.
Is every fan tested before shipping?
Yes — 100% inline performance test (airflow, speed, current, voltage, vibration, noise, temperature rise) logged to MES, plus outgoing AQL 2.5 sampling. Batch data is available on request for 5 years.
What certifications and documents will I receive?
CE (EMC / LVD), ETL for the listed DC and EC lines, RoHS and REACH per product line; ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 management systems; a Declaration of Conformity for your model and destination on request. Scans are on the R&D and certifications page.
Can you replace an ebm-papst, Ziehl-Abegg or Nicotra fan in my unit?
In most cases yes: send the competitor model or the duty point and mounting dimensions and we return the matching LONGWELL model with curve and drawing. The LWBE3G560, for example, is dimensioned 1:1 to the common Ø560 mm EC plug-fan format.
Do you sign NDAs and can we audit the factory?
Yes to both. NDA on request; factory audits at the Ningbo / Yuyao plant are welcome, with a bilingual team and access to the production lines, QA laboratory and R&D centre.
What warranty applies?
18 months, with 8D closed-loop handling of any field issue and batch test data available throughout the warranty period.
