This notice explains what Ningbo Longwell Electric Technology Co., Ltd. (“LONGWELL”, “we”) does with the information you give us on select.longwellfans.com. It is written for business users; we do not market to consumers on this site.
What we collect and why
- Enquiry details — name, company, work e-mail, phone / WhatsApp number, the models, duty point, quantities and messages you enter in the RFQ, quote, contact, download and PDF-report forms. We use them only to answer that enquiry: engineering check, quotation, samples, documents.
- Attribution — the page you came from, the campaign parameters in the URL and the pages you used on this site, so we know which content led to the enquiry.
- Technical logs — IP address and browser type in the web-server log, kept for security for 30 days.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in this website’s database, forwarded by e-mail to our sales engineers and copied into our internal CRM (Feishu / Lark). They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Freight forwarders or certification bodies receive only what is needed to execute your order.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are kept for 3 years after the last contact, order records for the period required by tax and export law. You can ask at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to further contact: write to sales@longwellfans.com with the e-mail address you used. We answer within 30 days.
Cookies and local storage
- Functional — your RFQ list, unit preference (m³/h or CFM), form identity fields and the download-unlock flag are stored in your browser (localStorage / cookie) so you do not have to re-enter them; they contain no tracking identifiers and expire after at most one year.
- Analytics — only if enabled: Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, to count page views and conversions. No advertising cookies.
