Industrial Axial Fans — selection guide

Industrial Axial Fans: 58 models, impellers Ø190–1,000 mm, maximum airflow 210–48,326 m³/h, static pressure to 750 Pa, AC motors, across 12 series.

Industrial axial fans move very large volumes at low pressure: LWWAF wall fans (LWWAF-8A-1.5-6P = 8-size, 1.5 kW, 6-pole) and LWEA cased fans from Ø280 to Ø1,000 mm, 210 to 48,326 m³/h at 60–750 Pa with 40 W to 4 kW motors on 220 V, 380 V and 110–120 V. Built for continuous operation and simple maintenance in factories, workshops and process equipment.

How to select from this range

  1. Size by the required air-change rate and the louvre or shutter resistance; wall fans rarely see more than 100 Pa.
  2. The LWWAF code gives motor power and pole count directly; lower pole count means higher speed, pressure and noise.
  3. For ducted duties at higher pressure move to the tube axial line.

Where these fans are used

  • Factory and workshop ventilation
  • Warehouse and logistics halls
  • Transformer and generator cooling
  • Process equipment

Every figure above is measured on our own test rigs per AMCA 210 / ISO 5801 methods — see the test labs and certificates. Final selection is confirmed at the duty point and by project validation.

FAQ — Industrial Axial Fans

What is the largest axial fan in the catalogue?

LWEA1000TM, a Ø1,000 mm cased fan delivering up to 48,326 m³/h; the LWWAF wall fans reach 4 kW.

Are industrial axial fans available for 60 Hz / 110–120 V?

Yes, 9 models in this line are listed for 110–120 V and most 220 V and 380 V sizes can be supplied for 60 Hz.
