Gas Blowers — selection guide

The Gas Blowers category currently lists 56 models, maximum airflow 87–260 m³/h, static pressure up to 4,100 Pa, across 0 series. Common voltages: 230 V, 220 V, 115 V, 24 V, 240 V.

Gas blowers supply combustion air to premix and forced-draft burners in condensing boilers and gas water heaters: compact centrifugal blowers with high static pressure (up to about 4,100 Pa), 87–260 m³/h, on AC, DC or EC motors for modulating control.

How to select a Gas Blower

  1. Select by the burner pressure drop at maximum firing rate plus flue resistance; margin covers ageing of the heat exchanger.
  2. Modulating burners need EC or DC blowers with PWM control and tacho feedback; AC blowers suit single-stage burners.
  3. Match the outlet flange and venturi interface to the burner; adapter plates are available.
  4. Confirm ambient and air-inlet temperature ratings for sealed-combustion installations.

Typical applications

  • Condensing gas boilers
  • Gas water heaters
  • Premix burners and industrial heaters

Why specify LONGWELL gas blowers

Every model here is a current production item with structured data — not a catalogue scan. Curves are tested on our own wind-tunnel rigs per AMCA 210 / ISO 5801 methods, drawings and datasheets download directly, CAD is released on request, and a quotation with the duty-point check comes back within one business day. Samples ship in 1–3 days and production batches in 15–30 days from the factory in Ningbo, with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 management systems and ETL, CE and RoHS documentation per product line.

FAQs — Gas Blowers

What pressure can a gas blower develop?

The range covers up to about 4,100 Pa static pressure at low airflow, which is what premix burners and long flue systems need. Check the curve of each model at your firing-rate airflow.

Can the blower be modulated with the burner?

EC and DC models accept PWM control and return a tacho signal so the boiler controller can hold the air-to-gas ratio across the modulation range.

Do you supply blowers matched to a specific burner?

Yes. Send the burner model, firing range and flue length; we match the blower, flange and control interface and provide samples in 1–3 days.
