Ultra Silent Duct Fans — selection guide
Ultra Silent Duct Fans: 36 models, impellers Ø100–400 mm, maximum airflow 319–7,100 m³/h, static pressure to 391 Pa, AC and EC motors, across 16 series. 4 of them carry a measured P-Q curve and 36 a dimensional drawing.
Ultra-silent duct fans wrap an optimised impeller in a sound-attenuating casing for bedrooms, offices, hotels and studios: Ø100 to Ø400 mm, 319–7,100 m³/h, sound pressure from 25 dB(A) on the small sizes. Each size comes as LWDA (AC) and LWDE (EC) in 110–120 V and 220–240 V versions, the EC models with 0–10 V control so the fan can run slowly at night.
How to select from this range
- Compare sound pressure at the same airflow in the data table; the ultra-silent casing is worth 5–10 dB(A) over a standard inline fan.
- Oversize the duct and run the fan at lower speed for the quietest result; EC control makes this automatic.
- Select 110–120 V or 220–240 V to the market; both are listed.
